Pre-Sales Service
To publicize the products actively; provide first-class products
with high performance and competitive prices according to applications
and needs of customers; and provide support for designs on the configuration
of batteries to meet the needs of customers and on the battery shelf
in accordance with the battery use of customers.
Our principle is to deal with the rest work so long as you show
us your problems on hand.
On-going Sales Service
We
will send the batteries ordered by customers to the specified sites
according to the needs of customers, thus to satisfy them to the
extent possible.
After-Sales Service
1.
To set up Customer Archive on sold batteries to carry out follow-up
service. See the Tracking Record Sheet of Shipped Batteries.
2. To carry out timely follow-up services via telephone for sold
batteries; conduct completely supervision & inspection semiyearly
(UXL Series); and report the application information to customers
and assure them of the quality of batteries.
3. To provide solutions within 1 hour for customers' complaints,
including solutions of both on-site renewal and of treatment for
returned batteries until customers are satisfied. Our purpose is
to minimize customers' trouble.
4. As common conditions, To work out an examination report within
two weeks for returned batteries. We will be responsible for the
returned batteries if it is for our reason, and will deliver corresponding
report to guide the customers if it is not on our side.
